Extech 407780A Integrating Sound Level Meter with USB

This instrument offers a 30-130 dB measurement range (with five selectable ranges) and 0.1 dB resolution, meeting Type 2 accuracy standards (±1.5 dB) under the relevant IEC 61672-1 / 60651/60804 and ANSI S1.4 specifications.

The 4-digit multifunction LCD features a bar-graph and digital read-out. Users can switch between measurement modes for SPL (sound pressure level), SPL Min/Max, SEL, and Leq, and choose time-weightings (Impulse, Fast, Slow) and frequency-weightings (A, C).

For data-logging the 407780A stores up to 32,000 records via its internal memory and can transfer data to a PC via the USB interface with bundled Windows-compatible software. 
Analog AC/DC outputs and alarm output features enable external chart recorders or trigger systems. A tripod mount and field-friendly form-factor (approx. 265 × 72 × 21 mm, ~310 g) allow for stable monitoring setups.
The unit is supplied with windscreen, USB cable, software, battery and hard case; powered by four AA batteries (approx. 20-24 h battery life) or optionally via AC adapter.
