The Extech 445713 is a “big digit” indoor/outdoor hygrometer and thermometer that displays humidity and temperature readings for both inside and outside via a remote sensor. It supports MAX/MIN memory, comes with a remote outdoor sensor on a cable, and is built for wall-mount or desktop use in environments where simultaneous internal and external monitoring is needed.
Description
This hygrometer/thermometer combines convenience and readability. On one display it shows indoor humidity and temperature; on the other it shows outdoor (remote sensor) values. It comes with a remote sensor connected via a ~39 inch (≈ 1 m) cable, allowing placement outdoors or in another room. The unit allows users to recall maximum and minimum observed values for each parameter (indoor and outdoor). It has a ºC/ºF switch for temperature units. For mounting flexibility, it includes a fold-out stand for placement on a desk or shelf, and also supports wall mounting. The device is powered by one AAA battery and includes both indoor and remote monitoring capability in a single housing.
