Extech CO15 Carbon Monoxide Meter

The Extech CO15 is designed for convenient and reliable monitoring of carbon monoxide (CO) in ambient air. It supports a measurement range from 0 to 999 ppm with 1 ppm resolution and uses a long-life electrochemical sensor. The meter shows both the current CO concentration and the maximum level recorded since power-on via its dual LCD display.

Users can set a warning threshold (the factory default is 25 ppm) to trigger a visual and audible alarm when CO levels exceed that limit. Multiple threshold options (25, 30, 35, 45, 50, 70, 100, 200 ppm) let users adapt to different safety standards. When the CO level stays above the alarm point, the display flashes and the meter emits a continuous beep until levels return to normal.

The CO15 includes a backlight for reading in low-light environments, and it features auto power-off to save battery life (after about 15 minutes of inactivity). It also has a low battery indicator to alert when power is running low. Its compact form factor, wrist strap, and included pouch make it suitable for field use.
