Description

The PQ3350-3 is built for advanced power quality assessment in industrial and commercial electrical installations. It captures comprehensive system data—voltage (phase-to-phase and phase-to-neutral), currents, active/reactive/apparent power, power factor, phase angle, harmonic content and unbalance metrics—for single-phase and full three-phase systems (both 3-wire and 4-wire configurations). With its flexible current clamp probe option rated up to 3,000 A (24″ loop) and voltage input up to 600 V, the instrument adapts to large power-distribution setups. The large back-lit dot-matrix display allows viewing of up to approximately 35 parameters simultaneously, while internal data logging supports up to ~52,428 single-phase readings or ~17,476 three-phase readings. It also includes waveform capture (1024 samples per period), transient event capture (dips, swells, outages), adjustable CT/VT scaling, and remote data download via isolated USB. Whether used to audit energy usage, analyse harmonic distortion, detect unbalance or validate power-quality compliance, the PQ3350-3 offers a powerful and portable solution.

Features

  • True-RMS measurement capability on three-phase systems (3-phase/3-wire and 3-phase/4-wire) for voltage and current.

  • Flexible current probe support up to 3,000 A (24″) for large-current bus-bar or bundle applications.

  • Large memory for data logging: up to ~52,428 single-phase readings or ~17,476 three-phase readings.

  • Harmonic analysis up to the 99th order, with display of total harmonic distortion and magnitude/percentage of harmonics.

  • Waveform display with peak values (sampling 1,024 points per period) and event capture of transients (dips, swells, outages) with programmable thresholds.

  • Adjustable current-transformer (CT) ratio (typically 1–600) and voltage-transformer (VT) ratio (1–3,000) for scalable measurement setups.
