Extech SD500 Humidity/Temperature Data Logger

The SD500 is designed for long-term environmental monitoring of humidity and temperature with minimal user intervention. It measures relative humidity in the range of 10 % to 90 % RH and temperature from 0 °C to 50 °C (32 °F to 122 °F), with a resolution of 0.1 units. The dual LCD shows both parameters simultaneously, so you don’t need to toggle between screens. Users can configure the data logging interval (5, 10, 30, 60, 120, 300, 600 seconds, or Auto) depending on how often they want readings. Logged data is time-stamped and stored on an inserted SD card in a format that can be opened in Excel for post-analysis. The unit comes with six AAA batteries, a 2 GB SD card, a universal AC adapter, and a mounting bracket for fixed installations. It also provides an RS-232 interface for PC communication and includes features like low battery warning and auto power-off to conserve energy.
