Extech SDL200 4-Channel Datalogging Thermometer
The SDL200 is a professional‑grade, four‑channel temperature logger that supports multiple thermocouple types and RTD inputs. It logs data to an SD card in Excel‑compatible format, making it well‑suited to industrial, laboratory, or process‑monitoring environments where simultaneous temperature measurements are required.
Description
This instrument allows you to monitor up to four independent thermocouple inputs (Types J, K, E, T, R, S) and up to two RTD (Pt100) inputs, giving you a wide flexibility in probe types and measurement ranges. The logged data is stored on an SD card (2 GB supported) and can handle up to around 20 million records, each with real date and time stamps. You can set the sampling interval from as fast as 1 second up to 3,600 seconds (1 hour), and the meter supports standard functions like Min/Max, Data‑Hold, Offset adjustment (for relative measurements), plus manual storing of up to 99 readings. The display supports viewing the four channel‑readings simultaneously (T1‑T4) or a differential reading (e.g., T1‑T2).
Features
-
Four independent temperature channels for thermocouples plus two additional channels for RTD (Pt100) probes.
-
Supports multiple thermocouple types: J, K, E, T, R, S with wide temperature ranges (e.g., Type K: −100 °C to ~1300 °C) and RTD (Pt100) to about −200 °C to ~850 °C.
-
Data logging to SD card (2 GB) with capacity for around 20 million records, plus manual store of up to 99 readings.
-
Programmable sampling interval from 1 second to 3600 seconds (1 hour) for flexible logging frequency.
-
Offset/zero‑adjust capability for relative measurements, differential mode (e.g., T1 minus T2) for monitoring changes rather than just absolute values.
