Fluke 190-502 500 MHz ScopeMeter® Test Tool
The Fluke 190-502 ScopeMeter® combines the performance of a 500 MHz, 5 GS/s bench oscilloscope with the rugged portability required for industrial environments. Designed for maintenance engineers, technicians, and field service professionals, it delivers high-speed waveform capture, dual isolated inputs, and CAT III 1000V / CAT IV 600V safety ratings. With advanced features like ScopeRecord™, TrendPlot™, Connect-and-View™ triggering, and a built-in 5000-count digital multimeter, it is ideal for diagnosing complex electrical, electronic, and power systems.
Description
The Fluke 190-502 ScopeMeter® is engineered for professionals who need laboratory-grade oscilloscope performance in harsh, dirty, and hazardous industrial environments. With 500 MHz bandwidth and 5 GS/s real-time sampling, it captures high-speed transients, harmonics, and disturbances with exceptional accuracy.
Featuring two fully isolated inputs rated up to CAT III 1000V / CAT IV 600V, you can safely measure signals on different reference levels without worrying about ground shorts — making it perfect for mixed-circuit troubleshooting.
Equipped with ScopeRecord™, the 190-502 can store 30,000 points per channel, enabling detailed waveform analysis, while TrendPlot™ continuously logs measurement data for up to 22 days to help detect intermittent faults. The Connect-and-View™ auto-triggering ensures stable, reliable waveform displays without manual adjustments, even when measuring rapidly changing signals.
The unit’s built-in 5000-count multimeter supports voltage, resistance, continuity, diode tests, temperature, and current measurements when paired with clamps or shunts. For enhanced power system diagnostics, the 190-502 includes automatic measurements like Vpwm, VA, W, PF, mAs, V/s, and w/s, making it especially useful for troubleshooting VSDs, inverters, converters, UPS systems, and switching power supplies.
Rugged and IP51-rated, this ScopeMeter® resists dust, drips, humidity, and vibrations, ensuring durability in demanding industrial environments. Dual isolated USB ports enable fast waveform storage, PC connectivity, and integration with FlukeView® software for data management and analysis.
Powered by a high-capacity Li-ion battery, the 190-502 runs up to 4 hours on the standard BP290 pack or 8 hours with the optional BP291 extended battery, ensuring uninterrupted testing throughout long shifts.
