Fluke 721Ex Precision Pressure Calibrator

The Fluke 721Ex Precision Pressure Calibrator is purpose-built for gas custody transfer calibration in potentially explosive environments. Certified to IECEx and ATEX Ex ia IIB T3 Gb Zone 1 standards, this intrinsically safe calibrator combines safety, precision, and versatility for field professionals working in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

The 721Ex features two isolated stainless-steel pressure sensors, allowing simultaneous measurement of both static and differential pressures with industry-leading accuracy of 0.025% of full scale. Users can configure the calibrator with a 16 psi (1.1 bar) or 36 psi (2.48 bar) low-pressure sensor, paired with one of seven selectable high-pressure ranges (100 to 5000 psi / 6.9 to 345 bar). This flexibility makes it ideal for diverse calibration tasks, from pipeline custody transfer to plant maintenance.

In addition to pressure calibration, the Fluke 721Ex supports Pt100 RTD temperature measurement (probe optional), providing an integrated solution for applications where both pressure and temperature monitoring are required. The instrument also includes a switch test function on both pressure inputs and allows users to select from 19 engineering pressure units, making it suitable for global operations.

Designed for ease of use, the 721Ex includes a large backlit graphic display capable of showing up to three inputs simultaneously. With five storable instrument setups, technicians can quickly recall commonly used configurations, saving time in repetitive tasks. Rugged yet lightweight, it is powered by four standard AA batteries, delivering over 35 hours of typical operation.
