Fluke 729 Automatic Pressure Calibrator
The Fluke 729 Automatic Pressure Calibrator automates pressure generation and regulation up to 300 psi, with built-in test templates, HART communication, and automatic documentation. Compact, rugged, and compatible with Fluke Connect®, it streamlines transmitter and switch calibration while saving time in the field.
Description
The Fluke 729 Automatic Pressure Calibrator is designed to simplify and accelerate pressure calibration tasks for process technicians. Featuring an internal electric pump, it automatically generates and regulates pressure to a set target value, up to 300 psi (20 bar, 2 MPa). With its built-in fine adjustment control, the 729 maintains stable pressure, even compensating for small leaks in hoses and test setups—eliminating the need for manual vernier adjustments.
This calibrator offers preconfigured test templates, allowing users to set multiple test points, define tolerances, and let the 729 handle the calibration automatically. Results, including applied pressure, measured mA/mV/digital PV, and percentage error, are clearly displayed, with out-of-tolerance results flagged for easy review. Results can also be uploaded and managed using DPCTrack2™ Calibration Management Software.
The 729 integrates HART communication, enabling transmitter configuration, trimming, ranging, and diagnostics directly from the calibrator. With Fluke Connect® compatibility, technicians can wirelessly log and share measurements, enabling team collaboration and remote monitoring.
Rugged and portable, the Fluke 729 is drop-tested to 1 meter and built for demanding environments. Available in ranges of 30 psi, 150 psi, and 300 psi, it also supports temperature measurement with the optional 720 RTD probe, making it suitable for custody transfer calibrations. For expanded capabilities, the 729 can connect to over 50 Fluke 750 Series Pressure Modules, enabling precise calibrations across a wider pressure range.
Complete with accessories, a protective carrying case, and a three-year warranty, the Fluke 729 provides a reliable, all-in-one solution for accurate pressure calibration and documentation.
