Designed with efficiency in mind, it allows technicians to work faster and with greater confidence.
Its easy-access battery compartment enables quick replacements without compromising the calibration seal, while the analog bar graph provides instant response to rapidly changing or unstable signals. A large digital display with a bright, two-level backlight ensures readability in low-light conditions, and the Touch Hold function keeps measurements on the screen even after the probes are removed.
The 87V is built to handle complex electrical challenges with precision. A built-in low-pass filter ensures accurate measurements on variable frequency drives, while Peak Capture records transients as fast as 250 microseconds. Special shielding protects against interference from high-frequency, high-energy noise generated by large drive systems, allowing for stable and reliable results.
Meeting the highest safety standards, the meter is tested to the third edition of EN 61010-1 and rated for CAT III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V.
