Description

The Hioki 3561 is engineered for use in automated production environments to test small secondary batteries rapidly and accurately. It uses a four-terminal AC method to measure internal resistance (IR) while simultaneously measuring battery voltage (OCV). The unit offers two resistance measurement ranges (300 mΩ and 3 Ω) and a voltage measurement range up to 20 V, with fine resolution and precision. Its measurement cycle is very fast (approx. 3 ms response time) to keep up with high throughput. The 3561 supports external triggering, comparator judgments (Hi/Lo/In), and standard interfaces (RS-232C, external I/O). It includes memory capability for storing up to 400 measurement results, and features like averaging, zero adjustment, and statistical processing help maintain consistent quality control.
