Description
The Hioki BT3562A Battery HiTester is engineered to deliver precise and rapid measurements of both internal resistance and open-circuit voltage of battery cells and packs. Utilizing the AC four-terminal method at a measurement frequency of 1 kHz ±0.2 Hz, it ensures accurate assessments without the influence of lead and contact resistance. The device offers resistance measurement ranges from 3 mΩ to 3 kΩ, with a minimum resolution of 0.1 μΩ, and voltage measurement ranges from 0 V to ±100 V DC, with a minimum resolution of 10 μV.
Designed for fully automated production line testing, the BT3562A is suitable for large cells used in electric vehicles or mid-sized packs of up to 100 V. Its high-speed response time of 10 ms facilitates efficient testing processes. The instrument is equipped with LAN and RS-232C interfaces, enabling seamless integration into automated testing systems and facilitating remote control and data acquisition.
