Hioki FT3425 Lux Meter
The Hioki FT3425 is a portable lux meter with Bluetooth functionality, designed for accurate illumination measurements in various environments. With five measurement ranges from 20 lx to 200,000 lx, it is ideal for facility and lighting inspections, LED/OLED lighting checks, and quality control. Bluetooth connectivity allows wireless transfer of measurement data to mobile devices and processing via the GENNECT Cross app.
Description
The Hioki FT3425 Lux Meter offers high accuracy and flexibility for a wide range of lighting measurement applications. It features five measurement ranges: 20 lx, 200 lx, 2,000 lx, 20,000 lx, and 200,000 lx. Equipped with a silicon photodetector, it provides a fast response time of up to 5 seconds in auto mode and 2 seconds in manual mode. Linearity is ±2% of the reading, with a 1.5× multiplier applied for readings over 3,000 lx.
The device has internal memory to store up to 99 measurement values, which can later be transferred to a computer to improve work efficiency. Additionally, it features a D/A output function with a 2 V/V resolution, enabling continuous monitoring of illumination levels.
Bluetooth connectivity allows wireless transmission of measured data to smartphones or tablets. Using the GENNECT Cross app, users can view, manage, and generate reports from the data, improving efficiency during lighting inspections. For multi-point measurements, an optional rolling cart (Z5023) is available, allowing technicians to move the device easily across large areas.
