Description

The SW1001 is a modular switch mainframe engineered to facilitate efficient, high-channel battery diagnostics and testing. It accommodates up to three multiplexer modules (such as SW9001 or SW9002) to expand its channel capacity. By integrating this mainframe into a battery test rig, users can perform a variety of measurements—including open-circuit voltage (OCV), internal resistance, and external potential—across multiple battery cells or modules. The system allows two separate measurement instruments to be connected (for example, one for voltage and another for impedance), and it includes intelligent channel switching and scan functions to sequence through channels automatically. The internal circuitry is designed to minimize measurement error and crosstalk between channels, and the device enforces input limits (≤ 60 V DC, ≤ 30 V AC) for safety. It supports standard communication interfaces (LAN, USB, RS-232C) and external I/O control, enabling easy integration into automated test setups. The unit is powered by a wide AC input (100–240 V), includes shielding, scan-delay and relay switching options, and is built in a compact form factor (~215 × 132 × 420 mm, ~3.7 kg).
