Description

The SW1002 is a high-capacity switch mainframe built to streamline battery cell and module testing across many channels. It accommodates multiplexer modules (such as SW9001 or SW9002) which expand channel connectivity. The system lets a user connect two separate measurement instruments and switch between them dynamically to carry out open-circuit voltage (OCV), internal resistance, or external potential measurements on battery cells or modules. The internal circuitry is engineered to minimize measurement error between channels, making it suitable for precision impedance work. It supports modules up to 60 V DC, and its switching infrastructure includes features like channel scanning, communication command forwarding (so the PC can control measurement instruments through the mainframe), and built-in protection for each channel. The SW1002 is intended for laboratory or production environments where high-channel, reliable battery testing is required.
