Description
The DLRO-H200 is engineered specifically for low-resistance measurement in challenging environments where high current, portability, and safety are essential. It’s tailored for testing large contacts, bus-bar joints, circuit-breaker links and heavy-duty connections where resistance needs to be measured accurately under heavy load. The instrument uses an ultra-capacitor discharge system to generate high test currents (nominally up to 200 A, with capability up to ~240 A under certain conditions) while keeping the unit lightweight and safe.
Safety is enhanced via the “DualGround™” method — the device supports testing while the test object remains grounded at both ends, simplifying setup and increasing operator safety. The unit features automatic range selection from ~1 µΩ to 1000 mΩ, a rubber holster for durability, Bluetooth connectivity for results download, and an optional wireless headset to provide audible pass/fail feedback based on user-set thresholds.
Its data logging capability allows ~190 recorded tests (with timestamp) which can be transferred via Bluetooth to PC software for archival or trending. The lightweight nature (~1 kg) and rugged design make it well suited for field technicians needing high current, high accuracy resistance checks in tight or mobile spaces.
