Extech 380395 High Voltage Digital Insulation Tester (110 V)

The Extech 380395 High Voltage Digital Insulation Tester is engineered to deliver precise insulation resistance measurements across a wide voltage range. With selectable test voltages of 500V, 1000V, 2500V, and 5000V, it allows for testing insulation resistance up to 60 GΩ, accommodating various electrical systems and components.

In addition to insulation resistance testing, the 380395 offers AC/DC voltage measurement capabilities up to 600V, enabling users to assess both insulation and operational voltage levels. The device features a large 6000-count LCD display with a bargraph and backlight, ensuring clear visibility of readings even in low-light conditions.

For evaluating the quality of insulation over time, the 380395 includes Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) measurement functions. These features are essential for assessing the aging and condition of insulation materials.

The tester also incorporates a 1 to 15-minute timer function for insulation resistance measurements, allowing users to conduct timed tests for more accurate assessments.
